    • Book: The Ocean and Us
I regularly get requests from people asking where they can learn more about the ocean and how our actions affect it, and every time I struggle to point to a single, easy-to-follow, comprehensive resource.

ABOUT THE EDITOR

"My name is Farah Obaidullah. I am a long time advocate for healthy oceans and the founder of the Women4Oceans platform. A platform that promotes ocean health and that connects, amplifies and inspires women who work in the ocean space. People know that our actions are destroying the world’s oceans and they want to learn more about what is at stake and how they can make a difference. The issue of plastic pollution is arguably the only area that is now more widely understood as being a threat to ocean health. I believe everyone with an interest in the ocean will benefit from this volume and that it will be an inspiring and empowering tool for readers everywhere."
